Eco-industries do not directly join the association.
The statutes (article 6) state that the 1st College constitutes clusters of a regional or national character, of eco-industries or of professional groupings of eco-industries having a minimum of member eco-industries and including a large majority of eco-industries in their decision making bodies.
The 2nd College constitutes representatives of public structures and equivalents concerned mainly by the French eco-industries, of public or private training and research and development organizations which are involved in significant environmental activities, of centres of competence or excellence in the environment.
The member partners are physical or moral persons interested in the activities of the association; representatives of public organizations or equivalents, of professional syndicates which have rendered or are rendering services to the association and which contribute to its activities in the form of grants or payment of services.
